Development Centre is a method of assessing competence and
potential of staff based on behavioral
observation and analysis. This allows guiding and supporting the development of
skills, identifying potential barriers, increasing self-awareness, preparation
and adaptation to specific roles. Our role is to give objective assurance and
advice, to enhance the value and improve the operations of a coaching team
within a club organisation that is looking to achieve its objectives through
systematic and disciplined assessment and improvement of the processes.
